1) In terms of diagrams, where is the applications of SIS (Strategic Information Systems)?





It is used or applied by the Strategic Managers (Top Managers) at the top of the hierarchy because these managers determine the strategic direction of an organization. 

These managers might be users of Executive Information Systems (EIS) and/or Decision Support Systems (DSS).
